Aragon Partners is interested in getting in touch with senior profiles with selected industry experience and brilliant new graduates in science or economics. The Company is looking for professionals interested in developing their skills in new fields and in different contexts, stimulated by the prospect of a profession full of challenges to be lived with team spirit.

Senior professionals
Brilliant young people with a university education developed in the scientific/economic faculties (engineering, mathematics, physics, economics) with top marks or recently placed in a work environment of international importance. Mastery of the English language and excellent logical-mathematical skills are required..

Aragon Partners invites these candidates to a series of meetings in which their communication skills in Italian and English, motivation, adaptation to the context and their analytical ability will be tested with some interviews to evaluate through different points of view the correspondence of the candidate to the profile sought.

New graduates
Giovani brillanti con un percorso formativo universitario sviluppato nelle facoltà scientifico/economiche (ingegneria, matematica, fisica, economia) con il massimo dei voti oppure recentemente inseriti in un contesto lavorativo di rilievo internazionale. E’ richiesta la padronanza della lingua inglese e ottime capacità logico-matematiche.

Aragon Partners invita questi candidati ad un ciclo di incontri in cui saranno messe alla prova le loro capacità di comunicazione in italiano ed in inglese, la motivazione, l’adattamento al contesto e la loro abilità analitica con alcune interviste per valutare attraverso punti di vista differenti la corrispondenza del candidato al profilo ricercato.
